Job Title:Customer Sales Advisor (Full Time\Temporary)
Reporting to:Contact Centre Leadership Team
Job Description:Our order operators are the soul of our contact center; the role requires an energized person who is passionate about customer services to take orders over the phone for our clients customers. The role will be working three to five days out of seven days in a week, with some weekend working.
- Answer calls politely, accurately and professionally
- Ensure calls are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Take orders by telephone ensuring that all details are captured accurately and verified with the customer
- Work as a team with colleagues to ensure that service levels and maximum productivity are achieved.
- Be flexible to work additional hours during peak periods
- The candidate must be IT literate, with experience of office desirable
- Customer service experience an advantage
- We are open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-5pm*
- Shifts are rotated, Sunday working as part of the rota is not optional
- This role is a full time position which will be 22.5 to 37.5 hours a week, overtime will be available.
- Candidates must be available for all shifts and have sufficient transport to be available for work
- 80% of calls answered within 10 seconds
- Lost calls not to exceed 4%
- To deal with orders within 3 minutes 30 seconds
The role although temporary does have the possibility of being extended or to become permanent if this fits within business need.
