History

The business started in 2006 when an opportunity arose to set up a low cost operation providing cost-effective fulfilment services on the edge of the Lake District. Very quickly Zoom established itself as a professional, passionate, profitable and client focussed Service Company.

Our clients’ products vary from high value jewellery, CD’s and books through china, glass, furniture and garden statues to clothing, handbags, belts and many more categories. In 2011 we despatched 1.5 million items over a wide range of products and clients, answered over 215,000 customer calls and maintained our SLAs.

We could not have done this without the quality of our staff and management, the support of our clients, suppliers, shareholders and sheer hard work!
