We have 60,000sq ft of clean warehouse space. Our facility is secured with CCTV, a Red Care system and out of hours security patrols. There are designated pick faces and pallet racking per client plus a high security area for jewellery and higher value goods. Our staff are experienced, flexible and most are trained across brands to smooth those peak periods.

Our returns department has some refurbishment capabilities in order to ensure the maximum number of returned items are put back into stock for reselling.

Packing materials and delivery methods can be tailored to reflect your brand identity and budget. We can offer next day, POD and standard 48-hour deliveries. Elucid has extensive carrier selection rules and interfaces with major carriers for web tracking. We have excellent rates haulage carriers and packing suppliers.
